The Blu-ray Disc writer BenQ BW1000 is coming. The BenQ BW1000 combines three types of lasers to support burning Blu-ray Disc as well as a variety of DVD and CD formats. This Blu-ray Disc writer writes to BD-R discs at 2x speed, to DVDs between 4x and 12x, and to CDs at 32x speed, while obviously playing back Blu-ray content at full 1,920 x 1,080 resolution as well. The BenQ BW1000 is designed to provide extra protection against vibrations and irregularities in the physical media and get you the best writing settings and results. This Blu-ray Disc writer will be released in August with pricing 799 euros (around US $1,023).
